About TANZANIA POULTRY FARM ::

Our 100 acres Farm is situated on the slopes of Mount Meru at Ngongongare beside Momella Road, this is 4Km from the juction of Moshi - Arusha highway which is almost 1Km from Usa River when heading to Moshi from Arusha. The Farm is about 33Kms from Arusha City.

During the years, Tanzania Poultry Farms Ltd has developed poultry industry to a very high standard. It is now considered the major producer of Broilers and Layers day-old chicks of the best quality free from any bird deseases. Quality control is effected by highly qualified personel who have undergone training in Belgium and other developed countries.

The Company encourages small scale poultry farmers, and the qualified doctors are always ready to guide and educate them at anytime so that they in turn produce good quality of eggs and broilers.

The Company has participated in several Agricultural Shows (Sabasaba and Nanenane Shows) where we have been awarded Certificates of Excellence. The Company have twice won in Agricultural and Livestock Section.

Staff Welfare and Re-Creation ::

TPF owns a footbal ground within the farm where members of the staff use to have regular sports training sessions under a professional coach (Mohamed Saleh - nick named "Teacher") who had also been a player of Tukuyu Stars based in Mbeya.

Throughout the years, TPF footbal team had played in the Provisional League here in Arusha and managed to win the Cup 3 times simultaneously. Year 2007 TPF footbal team were runners up and missed to complete in the National Premier League.
